As Director of Operations and founder of Sterling Asset & Equity Corp., Mr. Nehiley oversees all functions of the company. His role includes the overall supervision of accounting and financial operations. In addition, he focuses on the companies growth initiatives and other business development. Mr. Nehiley has been originating mortgages in South Florida since 1989. His background in the mortgage industry started with Savings of America, where as a Senior Loan Officer he originated over 3,000 home loans for more than $300 million dollars. In 1999 he founded Sterling Asset & Equity Corp. and has since closed more than $800 million in Residential and Commercial Mortgages.

As Director of Sales and Marketing, Mr. Palopoli shares in overseeing all functions of Sterling Asset & Equity Corp. with his partner Ken Nehiley. His responsibilities are centered on supervising the sales team, focusing on the growth and management of the companies branch offices, as well as the development and management of referral sources and business partners. Mr. Palopoli has been in the South Florida Real Estate industry for over 20 years. Having worked for companies such as Savings of America, Washington Mutual, and Chase Manhattan, he was a top producing Loan Consultant and Sales Manager. With over 6000 loans at over 1.2 billion dollars, Mr. Palopoli attributes his thriving business to his customers continued trust and loyalty.

Loan Officers

Donna has over 20 years experience in the banking and mortgage industry. She started originating Mortgages at Savings of America in 1992 and quickly advanced to a Sr. Loan Officer where she remained until 1999. She then joined Chase Home Finance where she became one of Chase’s top producing Loan Officers. In 2008 Donna joined the Sterling Asset & Equity Corp team. She has helped over 2,000 families realize the dream of homeownership and has funded over $300 million dollars in loans. Her well established client base is the foundation of her business. Her success comes directly from referrals and is built on the trusting relationships she has maintained to be a leader in today’s Mortgage Industry.

A veteran of the real estate and lending industry, Mark Wilkinson brings more than 24 years of experience to the Sterling Asset & Equity Corp. team. He has been active in the South Florida lending market throughout his career and has been instrumental in assisting thousands of area residents secure the right loans for their specific needs. Mark comes to Sterling Asset & Equity Corp from Washington Mutual.

Sondra Dane has been a mortgage consultant for the past 22 years. Sondra joined Sterling Asset & Equity Corp in 2006,   prior to that,  she enjoyed a 17 year career as Branch Manager with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, managing up to 20 loan officers and personally producing 25 Million dollars per year in home loans.   Sondra believes in a "client for life" philosophy and enjoys 100% customer satisfaction.

David Wolfe has been in the Mortgage Industry for over 15 years and was instamental in the founding of Sterling Asset & Equity Corp. He started as a Loan Officer at Savings of America where he quickly became a top producer. David shares a great deal of trust with his clients and does all of his business through referrals.

In the real estate and mortgage industry for 20 years, Stu has served the South Florida market for 13 years. He prides himself on excellent customer service and attributes most of his business to previous customers and their referrals. Stu is actively involved in the community through organizations such as the Pompano Beach Chamber, Deerfield Chamber and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Broward County.
